J L Income Tax Inc. has proudly served Dundalk, Maryland, and the surrounding communities for decades as a trusted tax preparation firm. Our mission is simple: to provide individuals and businesses with expert tax services, personalized attention, and peace of mind. We strive to simplify the tax process while helping our clients achieve lasting financial success.
Our story began in the 1970s, when founder John Lopez worked as a mobile tax preparer, visiting clients in their homes and businesses to deliver reliable service. In 1985, John established his own office in Dundalk, laying the foundation for what has become a cornerstone of the community.
In 2000, John’s son Steven Lopez joined the firm part-time, continuing the family tradition of dedication and integrity. Over the years, Steven’s commitment and expertise grew, and in 2022 he became a partner alongside his father, ensuring that J L Income Tax Inc. remains a family-run business built on trust, professionalism, and care.
Today, we continue to honor our roots while embracing the future, offering the same personalized service that has defined us since the beginning.
